Our Story

Adorsi began in the highlands of Yirgacheffe — where coffee was born, and where it has been shared as ritual for centuries. We bring that reverence to every cup, sourcing single-origin beans, roasting in small batches, and training baristas to treat each pour as the small ceremony it is.
